结合平阴铝厂铝板带材生产的实际情况，采用增设二次吹扫装置，控制工艺润滑油油质及改进退火工艺等措施，消除了铝板带材表面油污。１９９８年铝板带材表面质量批次合格率达到１００％。
Combined with the actual situation of aluminum strip production in Pingyin Aluminum Plant, the measures such as adding secondary purge device, controlling process oil quality and improving annealing process are adopted to eliminate the oil stain on the surface of aluminum strip. 1998 aluminum strip surface quality batch pass rate of 100%.
