本文首先介绍了适用于管道内外涂层的Mpy—1、Mps—1、Mps—2和Mps—3型环氧粉末防腐涂料的研制过程及新涂料的性能。根据盐雾、湿热和浸泡等腐蚀试验对涂层的预测寿命,Mpy—1型外涂层可达30年;Mp—1、Mps—2和Mps—3型涂料做原油、成品油、天然气和水的管线内涂层时,可达15年;做污水和混合注水管线的内涂层时,可达5~7年。本文还介绍了管道内外表面喷砂除锈装置的研制及其工艺流程。并介绍了静电热喷涂法的工艺和设施,采用静电热喷涂法,喷涂一道,涂层厚度可达250~350μm,最大厚度可达500μm;吸附率高达80~85%,回收粉量仅15~20%,并给出了管道内外补口的方法。通过现场试验证明,环氧粉末防腐涂层具有优异的耐化学性能,良好的机械强度、较高的电绝缘性能及较好的韧性。
This paper first introduces the development process of the Mpy-1, Mps-1, Mps-2 and Mps-3 type epoxy powder anticorrosive coating for the inside and outside of the pipeline and the performance of the new coating. Mpy-1 topcoats up to 30 years based on the expected life of the coating, such as salt spray, damp heat and immersion tests; Mp-1, Mps-2 and Mps-3 coatings for crude oil, refined oil and natural gas and Water pipeline coating, up to 15 years; do sewage and mixed water injection pipeline coating, up to 5 to 7 years. This paper also introduces the development of the sandblasting and rust removal device on the inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline and its process flow. Electrostatic thermal spraying method and equipment are also introduced. Electrostatic thermal spray method and spray coating are adopted. The thickness of the coating is up to 250 ~ 350μm and the maximum thickness is up to 500μm. The adsorption rate is as high as 80-85% 20%, and gives the method of filling the pipe inside and outside. The field test proves that epoxy powder coating has excellent chemical resistance, good mechanical strength, high electrical insulation properties and good toughness.
