社会主义经济发展的实践证明,在社会主义经济中不能否定商品经济,不能排斥市场调节,采取单一的计划调节方式不利于社会主义商品经济的发展。但是,过份强调市场调节的功能,甚至认为市场调节是万能的调节,否认计划经济的必要性和优越性,这同样是片面的认识。它会导致国民经济宏观失控,经济秩序混乱,给社会主义经济发展带来不良的后果。
The practice of socialist economic development proves that in the socialist economy we can not deny the commodity economy, can not exclude the market regulation, and take a single program adjustment method is not conducive to the development of the socialist commodity economy. However, the excessive emphasis on the function of market regulation and even the assumption that market regulation is omnipotent regulation and denying the necessity and superiority of a planned economy are equally unilateral understandings. It will lead to macroeconomic loss of the national economy and disorderly economic order, with adverse consequences for the socialist economic development.
