采用多层喷射沉积技术制备铝 /钢双金属板 ,分析了其中对双金属板界面结合产生影响的因素。结果表明多层喷射沉积技术在制备双金属板材方面有工艺设备简单 ,结合强度高等特点。其中在沉积前应对沉积的基板进行预热 ,预热的温度是双金属结合的关键。另外适当地热轧也能提高铝 /钢双金属的界面结合强度
The multi-layer spray deposition technology was used to prepare aluminum / steel bimetallic plates, and the factors that affect the bonding of bimetallic plates were analyzed. The results show that the multilayer spray deposition technology has the advantages of simple process equipment and high bonding strength in the preparation of bimetallic sheet. Among them, the deposited substrate should be preheated before deposition, and the preheating temperature is the key to bimetallic bonding.
