报告心内补片左室重建术治疗心肌梗塞后左心巨大室壁瘤5例，术后患者心功能明显改善。我们采用的方法不强调室壁瘤切除，关键在于解剖上更生理性地重建左心室，恢复左心室的几何形状及各层次心室肌的正常收缩方向。该法适用于有严重症状的巨大室壁瘤，内口明显扩大、瘤体严重钙化或室间隔受累者。此外还介绍了手术方法及对术中可能出现情况的处理。
Intracardiac left ventricular remodeling in the report of 5 cases of giant left ventricular aneurysm after myocardial infarction, cardiac function improved significantly after surgery. Our approach does not emphasize the excision of aneurysm, the key is to anatomically more physiologically reconstruct the left ventricle, restore the geometry of the left ventricle and normal ventricular contraction direction at all levels. The law applies to severe symptoms of great aneurysm, the mouth was significantly expanded, the tumor was seriously calcified or ventricular septal involvement. In addition, it also introduced the surgical method and the treatment of possible intraoperative situation.
