超导电子回旋共振离子源II(Superconducting Electron Cyclotron Resonance ion source with Advanced design in Lanzhou-II,SECRAL-II)控制系统采用实验物理与工业控制系统(Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System,EPICS)架构,其中数据归档子系统主要用来存储离子源电源、真空、束诊、水压等数据,便于技术人员进行在线和离线数据分析,是其控制系统的重要组成部分。EPICS自带的Channel Archiver存储格式固定,无法满足用户的实际使用需求。使用C#实现了EPICS架构下变量(Process Variable,PV)历史数据的存储功能,结合Oracle数据库技术,使得在存储PV变量的策略上可以更加灵活控制。同时,实现了基于超文本预处理器(Hypertext Preprocessor,PHP)的文件管理系统,用于历史数据文件的管理。测试及运行结果表明系统可以很好地满足研究人员对于历史数据的归档要求和研究需求。
The Superconducting Electron Cyclotron Resonance ion source with Advanced design in Lanzhou-II (SECRAL-II) control system uses the Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System (EPICS) architecture with data Archiving subsystem is mainly used to store ion source power, vacuum, beam diagnosis, water pressure and other data, to facilitate technical staff for online and offline data analysis is an important part of its control system. EPICS Channel Archiver comes with a fixed storage format, can not meet the actual needs of users. Using C # to store the history data of Process Variable (PVICS) in EPICS architecture, combined with Oracle database technology, it can be more flexibly controlled in the strategy of storing PV variables. At the same time, a document management system based on Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) is implemented for the management of historical data files. The testing and running results show that the system can well meet the researchers’ filing requirements and research requirements on historical data.
