目的探讨凋亡相关基因bcl-x、bax在霍奇金病R-S细胞凋亡调控中的作用及其意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测bcl-x、bax基因在霍奇金病组织中的表达;应用免疫荧光汉标记,激光共聚焦显微镜下检测bcl-2与上述基因是否在同一R-S细胞内共表达。结果85.4%、70.8%的霍奇金病例R-S细胞及霍奇金细胞bcl-x、bax阳性;bcl-2与bcl-x、bcl-2与bax可以共存于同一R-S细胞胞质。结论bcl-x、bcl-2、bax基因可能共同参与部分霍奇金病R-S细胞及霍奇金细胞的凋亡调控。
Objective To investigate the role and significance of apoptosis-related genes bcl-x and bax in the regulation of apoptosis in R-S cells of Hodgkin’s disease. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of bcl-x and bax genes in Hodgkin’s disease tissues. Immunofluorescence immunoassay was used to detect whether bcl-2 co-expressed in the same R-S cells with laser confocal microscopy. Results In 85.4% and 70.8% of Hodgkin’s cases, R-S cells and Hodgkin’s cells were positive for bcl-x and bax; bcl-2 and bcl-x, bcl-2 and bax could co-exist in the same R-. S cell cytoplasm. Conclusion The bcl-x, bcl-2 and bax genes may be involved in the regulation of apoptosis in some Hodgkin’s disease R-S cells and Hodgkin’s cells.
