目的 探讨氯气损害呼吸道的机制。方法 应用鼻灌洗 (Nasallavage ,NAL)方法 ,研究 17名造纸工人接触氯气前后鼻灌洗液中几种炎症标志物的浓度变化。结果 吸入氯气 4周后 ,鼻灌洗液中尿素、尿酸、白细胞介素 8浓度明显升高 ,白蛋白浓度无显著性改变 ,白细胞介素 6未检出。结论 氯气接触可引起鼻粘膜通透性改变以及鼻粘膜上皮细胞的炎症反应。鼻灌洗操作方法简便、安全 ,是研究呼吸道病理生理变化的一种有效方法
Objective To investigate the mechanism of chlorine damage to the respiratory tract. Methods The Nasallavage (NAL) method was used to study the changes of the concentrations of several inflammatory markers in nasal lavage fluid before and after exposure to chlorine gas by 17 paper workers. Results After inhaling chlorine for 4 weeks, the concentration of urea, uric acid and interleukin 8 in nasal lavage fluid increased obviously, while the albumin concentration did not change significantly. Interleukin 6 was not detected. Conclusion Chlorine exposure can cause changes of nasal mucosa permeability and inflammation of nasal mucosa epithelial cells. Nasal lavage operation is simple and safe, which is an effective way to study the pathophysiological changes of the respiratory tract
