河北省承德钢铁厂自1981年4月在国内首次用25MnSiV钢生产40mm螺纹钢筋,用于中美合资兴建的北京长城饭店工程以来,又于1989年5月,为适应天津建设亚洲第一高度(405m)电视塔工程用材的需要,采用GB1499—84标准轧制生产了2000余吨36mmⅡ级螺纹钢筋,解决了工程的燃眉之急。为国家节约了外汇(该工程原采用36mm,为巴西产品),并受到用户好评。
