18-甲基-△~(9(11))-雌甾酚酮-3-甲醚(3)用盐酸吡啶处理时,除在C_3-位发生脱甲基外,C_9(11)-双键同时也转移至C_(8(9))-位置,生成了18-甲基-△~(8(9))-雌甾酚酮(4)。产物结构经波谱和化学方法证明。
