采用重迎茬条件培养大豆,分离大豆根系分泌物,以大豆根系分泌物为培养基,培养大豆根腐病病原菌,观察重迎茬条件下的大豆根系分泌物对大豆根腐病病原菌的影响。同时利用液体培养的方法,培养大豆根腐病病原菌,用培养液处理土壤,测定病原菌分泌物对土壤微量元素的活化作用。结果表明,重迎茬条件下大豆根系分泌物对立枯丝核菌影响最大,而病原菌分泌物对土壤元素的活化顺序为Mn〉Zn〉Cu〉Cd。
Soybean was cultivated in the conditions of heavy stubble, the root exudates of soybean were isolated, and the root exudates of soybean were used as the culture medium to cultivate the pathogen of soybean root rot. The effects of soybean root exudates on the pathogen of soybean root rot were observed. At the same time, the method of liquid culture was used to cultivate the pathogen of soybean root rot. The soil was treated with the culture solution and the activation of soil trace elements by the pathogen secretions was measured. The results showed that the root exudates of soybean had the strongest influence on Rhizoctonia solani under the conditions of replanting, and the order of activation of soil elements by pathogen secretions was Mn> Zn> Cu> Cd.
