图书馆在大学教育和社会文化传播当中扮演着重要的角色。大学教育的核心和灵魂是学生学习能力和文化素养的培养,社会文化传播更是国民素质提高的重要途径。图书馆的信息素质教育在大学教育当中占有十分重要的地位,提高图书馆的信息化程度需要信息素质教育水平的全面提升。
Libraries play an important role in university education and social culture. The core and soul of university education are the cultivation of students’ learning ability and cultural accomplishment. Social and cultural communication is also an important way to improve the quality of the people. Information literacy education in the library occupies a very important position in the university education. To improve the informatization degree of the library needs an all-round promotion of the information literacy education level.
