发展观是关于发展的本质、目的、内涵和要求的总体看法及根本观点。有什么样的发展观,就会选择什么样的发展模式与发展战略,就会对发展的实践产生根本性,全局性和决定性的影响。科学发展观是全面建设小康社会、推进社会主义现代化建设的根本指针。在企业落实科学发展观,要立足企业实际,着眼科学发展、精心谋划。
The concept of development is an overall view and a fundamental view on the nature, purpose, content and requirements of development. What kind of development concept will choose what kind of development mode and development strategy will have a fundamental, overall and decisive influence on the development of practice. The scientific concept of development is the fundamental guideline for building an overall well-to-do society and promoting socialist modernization.
