In recent years, colleges and universities (mainly referred to as comprehensive colleges and universities here) seem to pay more and more attention to the arts. This should have been a good thing. However, from a practical point of view, it seems that the result of this emphasis is not very satisfactory. In short, although colleges and universities have invested a great deal of financial, material and human resources into the arts, the art they introduce often has a large gap between rivers and lakes, cottage art and true professionalism. It is reasonable to say that colleges and universities are the highest academic institutions in China, especially the top universities. The arts introduced should also be works of art and artists that are comparable in achievement to the school in the field of natural sciences and humanities and social sciences. But from the actual situation is not the case.
