故障树分析(FTA)方法是近十年来获得迅速发展的一种用于复杂系统可靠性分析的新方法。其功用在国外已获公认。本文用FTA法为南平纸厂3150mm纸机的供浆系统建立了故障树,计算了全部最小割集。在失效数据的收集和处理、特殊禁门事件的处理等后,用J.Fussell近似方法计算了该系统的可用度、失效期望值、平均修复时间等可靠性参数。结果与实际基本相符。最后,就FTA的定性和定量分析结果以及应用等问题作了简要讨论。
Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) is a new method developed for reliability analysis of complex systems in recent ten years. Its function has been recognized abroad. In this paper, FTA method for the Nanping Paper Mill 3150mm for the pulp system for the establishment of a fault tree, calculated the minimum cut set. After the collection and processing of the failure data and the treatment of the special forbidden event, the reliability parameters of the system such as availability, failure expectation and average repair time are calculated by J.Fussell approximation method. The result is basically in line with the actual situation. Finally, the issues of qualitative and quantitative analysis of FTA and its application are briefly discussed.
