基于工作过程的课程改革使高职教师面临巨大的挑战,也为高职教师专业发展明确了方向,提供了难得的机遇。通过对高职教师在基于工作过程课程中角色变化的分析,探讨了高职教师在课程改革中面临的知识困境,并从不同层面提出了促进高职教师专业发展的应对策略。
Curriculum reform based on the work process has posed a huge challenge to higher vocational teachers and provided a rare opportunity for the professional development of higher vocational teachers. Through the analysis of the change of the role of higher vocational teachers in the course based on the work process, the author discusses the knowledge predicament faced by the higher vocational teachers in the course reform and puts forward the countermeasures to promote their professional development from different aspects.
