报告猫抓病合并可逆性脑病16例，其临床特点为急性起病的脑病症状，半数表现为癫痫持续状态，每例均有一个明显肿大的淋巴腺，均有猫抓伤病史。神经系统阳性体征少见而且轻微。实验室及影像学检查少见异常．经一般治疗短期内完全恢复。
