改革预防保健体制是适应城乡经济体制改革的需要,是保护和发展生产力需要,搞好初级卫生保健工作的需要。介绍长治市改革预防保健体制,加强三级卫生网建设的五种模式:1、加强乡镇卫生院防保科;2、成立乡镇防保站;3、村卫生所指定专职防保员;4、县级以上医院设立防保科;5、城市防保工作实行“双轨制”管理。
