本文报道了通脉丸治疗脑血管疾病80例的临床疗效。以复方丹参片30例作对照组，进行临床观察。结果经统计学处理显示：治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组（P＜0．01）；治疗前与治疗后血液流变学检测结果，治疗组有明显差异（P＜0．01或P＜0．05），而对照组无明显变化（P＞0.05），且未发现毒副反应，可供用于脑血管疾病（尤其是急性期、恢复期）的预防的治疗。
This article reported the clinical efficacy of Tongmai Pills in treating 80 cases of cerebrovascular diseases. Taking compound Danshen Tablets as a control group for clinical observation. The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.01); the results of hemorheology before and after treatment were significantly different in the treatment group (P<0.01 or P). <0.05), while there was no significant change in the control group (P>0.05), and no toxic side effects were found, which can be used for the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases (especially acute and convalescence).
