针对传统配电网系统在通信架构、各子系统间接口、互联互通能力、以及适应大量分布式电源接入等方面的不足,结合IEC61850在开放互联、互操作及其在变电自动化中成熟的应用经验等优点。研究了未来智能配电业务的典型需求,构建了智能配电系统功能模型,提出分布式电源控制及中压配电自动化典型用例,并从系统接口、时延需求、负载需求等方面提出其ICT需求模型,根据上述模型,构建基于IEC61850的智能配电系统通信网络模型,一方面提高了传统配电通信网络的可靠性,另一方面为未来智能配电网的规划与建设提供了重要的理论依据。
