在档案工作中,其中有两个非常基础的任务,是档案的有效利用和档案的安全保管,这是档案特质的职业要求。有效控制国家核心信息资源,以及国家档案文献遗产和历史文化的长久传承,都离不开档案的安全保管。顺利开展档案事业各项工作的前提是档案本体和档案信息绝对安全的充分保障。
There are two very basic tasks in the archives work which are the efficient use of archives and the safe custody of archives, which are the occupational requirements of archival traits. Effective control of the country’s core information resources, as well as the long-term heritage of the national archives, heritage and history and culture, are inseparable from the safe custody of archives. The prerequisite for smoothly carrying out various tasks in the archival work is the adequate protection of the archival archives and archival information in an absolutely safe manner.
