创新教育理念,就是基于素质教育理念对相关教学方法与手段的有效补充与延伸,是一种提升整体教学水平的教学模式与手段。创新教育就是利用教育活动与内容提高学生自身的创新意识与综合素质能力,进而全面促进学生整体发展,在实践中对于复合型人才的培养有着重要的推动作用。在体育教学过程中,应用创新教育理念可以有效提高教学质量,有利于人才的培养与发展。
The concept of innovative education is based on the concept of quality education on the relevant teaching methods and means of effective supplement and extension, is to improve the overall teaching level of teaching modes and means. Innovative education is to make use of educational activities and content to improve students’ own innovative awareness and overall quality and ability, and then to promote the overall development of students in an all-round way. In practice, it plays an important role in promoting the cultivation of compound talents. In the process of teaching physical education, applying the concept of innovative education can effectively improve the quality of teaching and is conducive to the cultivation and development of qualified personnel.
