通用技术课程是我国第八次基础教育课程改革中提出的一个新概念,它与信息技术课程包含在同一学习领域,称为技术课程。在发达国家通用技术教育已经成为基础教育的重要组成部分,我们必须把高中生尽快从应试教育引导到创新精神和创造能力的培养上来,那就必须在高中阶段开设通用技术课程。
The general technology course is a new concept proposed in the eighth basic education curriculum reform in China. It is included in the same learning field as the information technology course and is called a technology course. General technical education in developed countries has become an important part of basic education. We must guide high school students from the examination-oriented education to the cultivation of innovative spirit and creative ability as soon as possible. It is necessary to set up general technical courses in the high school phase.
