新形势下,农民必须与时俱进,革新思想,努力提高自身素质,这样才能发展三农,解决三农问题。成人学校作为培养我国农民的主要机构,发挥着极强的催化作用,但是近些年却发展滞后,本文中笔者就依据自身的工作经历,提出了一些开展有效农民培训工作的对策,希望能促进农民的发展,对解决三农问题起到有一点积极的作用。
Under the new situation, peasants must keep pace with the times, reform their thinking and strive to improve their own qualities so that they can develop agriculture, rural areas and farmers and solve the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. As an important institution to train peasants in our country, adult schools play an extremely catalytic role, but in recent years they have lagged behind.
