目的分析老年性肺结核病的X线特点,提高对该病的诊断率。方法整理、收集我科41例老年性肺结核患者的X线平片,结合病历进行回顾性分析X线特点。结果老年性肺结核病人多以咳嗽、气急、发热为首发症状,临床表现复杂多样。X线胸片表现11例单肺病变,30例双肺病变;34例上肺病变,22例中肺病变,19例下肺病变;病变分布于1个肺野3例,2个肺野8例,3个肺野以上30例。结论老年性肺结核的临床症状及X线表现有其独特的特点,应掌握老年性肺结核的特征,并做好相关疾病的鉴别诊断,才能提高临床诊断率,指导临床开展诊疗措施。
Objective To analyze the X-ray features of senile pulmonary tuberculosis and improve the diagnosis rate of the disease. Methods Collected and collected 41 cases of elderly patients with tuberculosis X-ray film, combined with medical records were retrospectively analyzed X-ray features. Results Mostly elderly patients with tuberculosis cough, shortness of breath, fever as the first symptom, the clinical manifestations of complex and diverse. Conclusions The clinical features and X-ray findings of senile pulmonary tuberculosis have their unique characteristics. The characteristics of senile pulmonary tuberculosis should be grasped and the differential diagnosis of related diseases should be made in order to improve the clinical diagnosis rate and guide the clinic to carry out diagnosis and treatment measures.
