目的观察非创伤性修复技术(ART技术)治疗老年人根面龋的临床效果。方法选择老年人根面龋患者,采用非创伤性修复技术,进行治疗,于治疗后半年、1年、2年复诊,对治疗效果进行回访。结果本组采用ART技术治疗老年人根面龋半年、1年、2年成功率分别为92.49%、88.82%、80.82%,临床效果满意。共103例患者治疗后的调查资料显示,有93例(90.29%)的患者对治疗表示满意,愿意在下次治疗时再次采用ART技术。结论非创伤性修复技术符合现代预防医学的基本观点,是老年人根面龋患者安全、方便、有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of non-invasive repair technique (ART technique) on the treatment of root caries in the elderly. Methods The patients with root caries of the elderly were selected and treated by non-invasive repair technique. The patients were referred for six months, one year and two years after treatment, and the treatment effect was retrospectively reviewed. Results In this group, ART was used to treat the root caries in the elderly for half a year. The success rates at 1 year and 2 years were 92.49%, 88.82% and 80.82%, respectively. The clinical effect was satisfactory. A total of 103 patients after treatment survey data showed that 93 patients (90.29%) were satisfied with the treatment, willing to re-use ART technology in the next treatment. Conclusion The non-invasive repair technique is in line with the basic concept of modern preventive medicine. It is a safe, convenient and effective treatment for root caries in the elderly and is worthy of clinical promotion.
