不锈钢材料可用于各类装饰网架和承重网架结构中,并在实际中得以推广应用。由于不锈钢材料没有明显的屈服点,而是由比例变形阶段直接进入强化阶段,本文据此建立了不锈钢压杆的单杆受力模型,利用荷载增量法对网架的极限承载力进行了追踪分析,得到了不锈钢网架的荷载位移曲线,结果表明不锈钢网架用于中小跨度的承重结构是可行的。
Stainless steel materials can be used in various types of decorative grids and load-bearing grid structures, and can be used in practice. Because the stainless steel material has no obvious yield point, but the proportional deformation stage goes directly to the strengthening stage, a single-rod force model of the stainless steel strut is established based on this, and the ultimate bearing capacity of the mesh frame is tracked by the load increment method. Analysis, the load-displacement curve of the stainless steel grid was obtained. The results show that the stainless steel grid is feasible for the medium and small span load-bearing structures.
