1998年岁尾,齐齐哈尔市发生一起震惊黑龙江省的“1998.12.6”特大袭警案。12月6日晚,铁锋公安分局刑警大队侦察员杨琳被3名暴徒刺成重伤,抢走所佩戴的“七七”式手枪。案件发生后,市公安局指挥部署警力,各公安分局协同作战,龙沙公安分局积极摸排线索,铁锋公安分局更是发挥了攻坚克难的作用。历经13天的奋战,于12月19日将部分凶犯缉拿归案,缴获了被抢夺的警用枪支。
At the end of 1998, a special case of “1998.12.6” attack in Heilongjiang Province in Qiqihar occurred.
