目的:为提高戊型肝炎的临床确诊率及研究HEV在血清及粪便中消长规律。方法:应用HEVRNART-NPCR试剂对HE病人血清及粪便中HEV进行检测。结果:在病后4d血清中HEVRNA阳性,最长持续90d,在40d时75%仍阳性,50d时仍有16%阳性。粪便中最短检出时间病后6d,最长为病后33d,并发现在病后1020d便中HEVRNA检出率最高,传染性最强,而且在新鲜便中电镜下看到32nm球形病毒颗粒。结论:应用此方法临床确诊率提高了125%。
Objective: To improve the clinical diagnosis of hepatitis E and to study the growth and decline of HEV in serum and faeces. Methods: The HEVRNART-NPCR reagent was used to detect HEV in HE patients serum and stool. Results: HEV RNA was positive in the serum at 4 days after the illness, with the longest duration of 90 days, 75% positive at 40 days and 16% positive at 50 days. The shortest detection time in the feces was 6 days after the illness and the longest was 33 days after the illness. It was found that the detection rate of HEVRNA was the highest at 1020 days after the illness, the most contagious, and the 32-nm spherical virus particles were seen under the fresh electron microscope. Conclusion: The clinical diagnosis of this method increased by 12.5%.
