目的:探索中药复方化痰愈心汤及功能药组的钙拮抗作用。方法:用45Ca跨膜技术测量大鼠主动脉3种钙通道的Ca2+内流影响。结果:当复方浓度为0.5~5mg/ml时,能阻滞大鼠主动脉ROC和PDC的Ca2+内流;功能药组的钙拮抗作用以活血组和行气组较好。结论:化痰愈心汤治疗冠心病的机理可能与阻滞细胞膜外Ca2+内流有关,其作用规律与Verapamil相似。
Objective: To explore the calcium antagonism of traditional Chinese medicine compound Huayuxin Decoction and functional drug group. Methods: The effects of Ca2+ influx on the three calcium channels in rat aorta were measured by 45Ca transmembrane technique. Results: When the compound concentration was 0.5 to 5 mg/ml, Ca2+ influx of ROC and PDC in rat aorta could be blocked. The calcium antagonistic effect of functional drug group was better in the Huoxue group and the Xingqi group. Conclusion: The mechanism of Huayu Yuxin Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease may be related to the block of extracellular Ca2+ influx, and its action pattern is similar to that of Verapamil.
