在直径为Φ186mm的固定床中填充国产 386 1催化剂担体 ,以氢气为示踪气体 ,采用稳态有限源示踪技术 ,测定了不同操作气速下床层内部不同截面上示踪气体的浓度分布实验数据 ,通过求解固定床二维扩散模型 ,获得了不同操作气速下的径向扩散系数。结果表明 ,在本文的实验条件范围内 ,轴向扩散系数值对径向扩散系数的计算结果影响不大。随着Re数增加 ,径向扩散系数逐渐增大 ,表明操作气速是影响气体在固定床内扩散行为的主要因素。Per与Re的关系可用准数关联式表示为 :Per=2 .74 76lnRe - 5.316 1
A fixed bed of Φ186mm in diameter was filled with a domestic 386 1 catalyst support. Hydrogen gas was used as a tracer gas. The steady-state limited source tracing technique was used to determine the concentration distribution of tracer gas in different sections of the bed under different operating gas velocities The experimental data obtained by solving the two-dimensional diffusion model of fixed bed obtained the radial diffusion coefficient under different operating gas velocities. The results show that axial diffusion coefficient has little effect on the calculation of radial diffusion coefficient within the experimental conditions in this paper. As the Re number increases, the radial diffusion coefficient gradually increases, indicating that the operating gas velocity is the main factor that affects the diffusion of gas in a fixed bed. The relationship between Per and Re can be expressed as a quasi-correlation: Per = 2 .74 76lnRe - 5.316 1
