学习型社会的特征在于学习主体的全民性、学习时间的终身性、学习内容的自主性、学习资源的共享性和学习方式的多样性。构建学习型社会,目的是为了培养具备终身学习、自主学习能力的人,即以学习者为主体决定学习的内容、时间、地点和方法。自主学习一直是教育领域的研究重点,尤其体现在成人教育和远程教育方面。针对目前我国高校图书馆员素质以及终身学习韵现状,在图书馆员中提倡和树立自主学习的理念,依靠馆员自身努力提升个人素质和社会地位具有必要性和紧迫性。本文将自主学习的理念引入我国高校图书馆员的学习活动中,对我国高校图书馆员自主学习的动机、内容、途径等进行了全面研究,并提出了建议和构想。
The characteristics of a learning society lie in the universality of learning subjects, the lifetime of learning time, the autonomy of learning content, the sharing of learning resources and the diversity of learning styles. The purpose of building a learning society is to cultivate people who have the ability of lifelong learning and self-learning, that is, the content, time, place and method of learning-based learning. Autonomous learning has always been the focus of research in education, especially in adult education and distance education. In view of the present librarian quality and lifelong rhyme situation in our country, it is necessary and urgency to advocate and establish the concept of autonomous learning among librarians and to rely on the librarians themselves to enhance their personal qualities and social status. This paper introduces the concept of autonomous learning into the learning activities of university librarians in our country, and conducts a comprehensive study on the motivation, content and means of autonomous learning of university librarians in our country and puts forward suggestions and conceptions.
