不要再说他们年轻。上海市中学语文教师队伍中有一大批年轻人。上海市青年教师中学语文教学研究会曾对全市189所中学的235名青年语文教师(限于1947年5月1日之后出生)进行调查: 235在人中——工龄超过5年的占39.1%;15年以上的也有4.7%。兼任教研组正、副组长14人,占6%。
