新闻策划是对新闻资源有效配置的一种手段,近年来越来越受到新闻界的重视,有的新闻单位甚至成立专门的策划部门,把新闻策划作为新闻竞争的关键环节来抓。特别是在重大事件、突发性事件等战役性报道上,策划的地位与作用有了最大限度的提高和发挥。战役性报道在我国新闻工作实践中由来已久,然而在新闻学术研究中却很少涉及。因而,在论述之前,我们在这里有必要先搞清楚与战役性报道策划相关的几个概念。
News planning is an effective means of allocating news resources. In recent years, it has drawn more and more attention from the media. Some news organizations even set up special planning departments to make news planning as the key link of news competition. Especially in major events, unexpected incidents and other campaign reports, the status and role of planning has been maximized to enhance and play. Campaign reports have a long history in the practice of journalism in our country, yet are rarely involved in journalistic studies. Therefore, before discussing it, we here need to clarify several concepts related to campaign planning.
