Magnesite is a natural raw material for producing all kinds of refractory products. It is mainly used as an alkaline refractory material in the metallurgical industry to manufacture refractory bricks (magnesia bricks, chrome-magnesia bricks) for furnace linings and furnace walls of steelmaking furnaces. At present, 2/3 of the world’s magnesia output is used to produce refractory materials. The quality of refractory products determines its service life.
