本文介绍一种自制的YZ Ⅰ型水冷应变式压力传感器。文中叙述了传感器敏感膜片、应变筒和固有频率的计算方法。经过实验发现: 采用膜片与壳体连成一体的结构, 在高压下有良好的密讨性, 装配使用也都很方便。动态试验测得传感器固有频率为30000周/秒, 通冷却水时为26000周/秒。各种静态试验均给出了满意的结果, 并在温度约为2800℃的条件下试验,其结果证明传感器能正常工作。
This paper introduces a homemade YZ Ⅰ-type water-cooled strain gauge pressure sensor. The article describes the sensor-sensitive diaphragm, strain tube and natural frequency calculation method. After the experiment found that: the diaphragm and the shell even into one structure, there is good at high pressure, assembly and use are also very convenient. The dynamic test measured the sensor natural frequency of 30,000 cycles per second and cooling water of 26,000 cycles per second. Various static tests are given satisfactory results, and at a temperature of about 2800 ℃ under the conditions of the test, the results prove that the sensor can work properly.
