The Third Working Conference on Preparation of Common Procedures for Aircraft Flight Performance Calculation was held at the Lianghekou Air Force Guest House in Emei, Sichuan from October 16 to October 21, 1984. The meeting was presided over by the group leader 640 Lusian new comrades.
