为了解乌鲁木齐市餐饮业餐具消毒状况,进一步加强饮食服务业餐具消毒管理工作,预防食源性疾患的发生,2008年新疆维吾尔自治区卫生厅卫生监督所在乌鲁木齐市共抽检了天山区、沙依巴克区、水磨沟区、新市区、头屯河区、乌鲁木齐县等五区一县的504家餐饮企业(其中包括304家餐饮单位、100家农家乐、学校及职工食堂各50家)进行了监督抽检。我们对此次检查结果进行总结分析,现报告如下。
In order to understand the situation of tableware disinfection in the catering industry in Urumqi and to further sterilize and manage tableware in catering service industry and prevent the occurrence of food-borne diseases, in 2008, the Urumqi Municipal Health Supervision Office of Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, randomly selected Tianshan and Shayibake districts , Shuimogou District, Xinshi District, Toutunhe District, Urumqi County, five counties and one county of 504 catering enterprises (including 304 catering units, 100 farm music, schools and staff canteens each 50) conducted a supervisory sampling . We summarize the results of the inspection, the report is as follows.
