为了解决化学杀螺药物对水生动物的毒害问题,采用杀螺药物增效剂,药用植物槟榔(BL)的氢溴酸盐分别与五氯酚钠或氯硝柳胺协同作用,观察其对鳙鱼苗的减毒效果。结果表明,0.4mg/L的氯硝柳胺与0.00610mg/LBL氢溴酸盐合用时,鱼苗的死亡率仅为4%,而未加BL氢溴酸盐时死亡率为80%(P<0.01)。0.469mg/L五氯酚钠与0.00610mg/LBL氢溴酸盐合用时,鱼苗的死亡率由单独使用同浓度五氯酚钠时的98%降至11%(P<0.01)。各组两者之间均有非常显著性差异。实验证明BL氢溴酸盐分别与氯硝柳胺或五氯酚钠合用灭螺时均能降低其对水生动物的毒害作用,且减毒效应以五氯酚钠表现的更为明显
