目的:探讨氟铝联合对体外人胚大脑神经细胞生长发育的影响。方法:采用体外人胚大脑神经细胞,分为6 组观察氟铝共存对其生长发育的影响。结果:大脑神经细胞的存活数高剂量铝组低于低剂量铝组和对照组,有显著性差别(P< 0.05)。结论:高剂量铝组可抑制人胚大脑神经细胞的生长发育,加入不同剂量氟并未对铝的作用产生明显的拮抗或协同作用
Objective: To investigate the effect of fluoride and aluminum on the growth and development of human embryonic brain neurons in vitro. Methods: Human embryonic brain neurons in vitro were divided into 6 groups to observe the effect of fluoride and aluminum coexistence on their growth and development. Results: The survival rate of nerve cells in high dose group was significantly lower than that in low dose aluminum group and control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: High-dose aluminum can inhibit the growth and development of nerve cells in human embryonic brain. Addition of different doses of fluoride has no obvious antagonism or synergistic effect on the action of aluminum
