目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定丹芪偏瘫胶囊中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:采用WatersXTerra柱,以乙腈-水-冰乙酸(13∶86∶1)为流动相,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为231nm。结果:芍药苷在0.005~0.08μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为97.61%,RSD为2.27%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作准确,可以作为控制本制剂产品质量的方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Danqi Hepatic Pills by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods: The WatersXTerra column was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (13: 86: 1) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL / min and a detection wavelength of 231 nm. Results: Paeoniflorin had a good linearity (r = 0.9999) in the range of 0.005-0.08 μg with an average recovery of 97.61% and a RSD of 2.27% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is accurate and can be used as a method to control the product quality of this preparation.
