Aminophosphonic acid metal corrosion inhibitor, is a superior performance of metal corrosion and scale inhibitor. In this paper, the mechanism of aminophosphonic acid on metal corrosion and scale inhibition is elucidated. The types and synthesis methods of aminophosphonic acid and the main formulas of aminophosphonate corrosion and scale inhibitor are summarized.
