一部建国以来中国社会主义建设和改革发展的历史,同时是一部中国共产党领导人民应对弱势群体社会公平问题的实践历史。纵观建国以来党领导人民应对弱势群体社会公平问题的历程,虽然各个不同历史时期,党和政府应对问题的方式及成效不尽相同,但为应对我国当前弱势群体社会公平问题留下了许多值得借鉴的宝贵经验和历史教训。
