2-〔对-(二甲氨基)苯乙烯〕氯化甲基吡啶系由具有选择抑制小鼠心率和房室传导等活性的2-〔对-(二甲氨基)苯乙烯〕碘化甲基吡啶为原料,通过氯型阴离子交换树脂进行阴离子交换而制得,它保留了与母体化合物相似的电生理作用,但避免了分子中碘可能引起的其他效应,且水溶性大,便于应用。

It retains the similar electrophysiological effects as the parent compound, but avoids the other effects that may be caused by iodine in the molecule, and is water-soluble and easy to be applied.
