新课改犹如一股春风吹进了教师的心田,在新课改理念下,数学老师应该要有整体把握教学目标的能力、对教材整合处理的能力和对教学行为的反思能力。深刻反思自己的教学实践并上升到理性层面,把理论与实践真正结合起来,尽快跟上时代的步伐,才会使数学课堂真正鲜活起来。
The new curriculum reform is like a spring breeze blowing into the heart of teachers. Under the new curriculum reform philosophy, math teachers should have the ability to grasp teaching objectives as a whole, the ability to integrate teaching materials and the ability to reflect on teaching behaviors. A deep reflection on my teaching practice and up to the rational level, the theory and practice of a real combination, as soon as possible to keep up with the pace of the times, will make mathematics class really fresh together.
