介绍了中温冷水机组诱导器系统的工作原理——通过采用带肋片椭圆管换热器的集约型空气处理机组实现13℃送风。2013年夏季对应用该系统的某办公建筑内的温湿度和能耗进行了测试,结果表明:室内温湿度都能保持在设计参数范围内;室内露点温度远远低于诱导器的送风温度,诱导器送风口表面没有结露现象;循环水泵、集约型空调机组风机和中温冷水机组的性能均优于国家标准的要求。
The working principle of the induction system for medium temperature water chillers is introduced. The air supply at 13 ℃ is realized through the intensive air handling unit with ribbed oval tube heat exchanger. In the summer of 2013, the temperature, humidity and energy consumption of an office building using the system were tested. The results show that the indoor temperature and humidity can be maintained within the design parameters; the indoor dew point temperature is far lower than the temperature of the induction air supply , Inducer air outlet surface no condensation; circulation pump, intensive air conditioning unit fan and medium temperature chiller performance are better than the national standard.
