市场本质的东西在于竞争,市场越发达,竞争就越激烈,在金融市场中竞争法则也毫无例外的适用。资产证券化是近几年来在我国掀起的一种新的融资方式,它是从倚重企业信用进行的融资方式向以项目资产为基础进行的融资。它不仅给发起人提供了新的融资渠道,特别是那些无法借助传统融资方式融资而又拥有优质债券资产的企业提供了新的血液,也给投资者提供了一种高质量、低风险的投资工具。
The essence of the market is competition. The more developed the market is, the more intense the competition. The law of competition in the financial market is also applied without exception.
