高职学生职业能力培养是当前高职教学改革的核心和紧迫问题,本文分析目前企业参与高职院校学生职业能力培养现状与不足,并结合高职院校学生职业能力的实际,提出促进企业参与高职院校学生职业能力培养的对策。
