手术组织工作包括三个部分:组织手术病员入院,组织手术的进行,和组织手术后病员出院。过去我们虽然也认识到手术前准备和手术后处理应该和手术的本身作同等重要的估价,但这一认识只局限于狭隘的技术部分,没有把技术与组织工作统一地结合起来。因此对手术组织工作就不可能作出系统的探讨与全面的论证。我院胸科近几年来在执行工作任务时,逐步意识到手术组织工作的重要性和科学性,现在将我们对手术组织的认识过程,结合部分病历进行初步分
Surgical tissue work consists of three parts: the organization of surgical patient admission, the organization of surgery, and the discharge of patients after tissue surgery. In the past, although we also realized that pre-operative preparation and post-operative treatment should be considered as important as the surgery itself, this understanding is limited to the narrow technical part and does not combine the technical and organizational work together. Therefore, it is impossible to make a systematic exploration and comprehensive demonstration of the organization of the surgery. In the course of performing work tasks in recent years, the Department of Thoracic Surgery in our hospital gradually realized the importance and scientific nature of the surgical organization work. We will now divide our understanding of the surgical organization with preliminary records of some medical records.
