(健康报社讯)3月5—17日,中华全国总工会劳动保险部在北京召开了第二次全国工会疗养工作会议。到会代表有各省、市、各产业工会劳保部负责人和各疗养院长218人。会议总结了两年的工作,研究了今后计划。会议认为1954年第一次会议所明确的“疗养院是医疗预防机构,一切工作都应围绕医疗工作进行”是正确的。两年来,已经纠正了“吃好、玩好、睡好、”的错误做法,提高了工作,保证了职工的健康。但是在伟大的社会主义革命高潮中,还必须进一步改善管理办法,提高工作质量,才能适应新的客观需要。
(Health News) On March 5-17, the labor union of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions held the second national trade union work conference in Beijing. Representatives from the provinces, municipalities, and industrial labor unions and the nursing directors were 218. The meeting summarized the work of the two years and studied the plans for the future. The meeting held that the first meeting in 1954 made it clear that “nursing homes are medical prevention agencies and all work should be conducted around medical work.” In the past two years, the wrong practice of “eat well, play well, sleep well” has been corrected, work has been improved, and the health of employees has been ensured. However, in the upsurge of the great socialist revolution, we must further improve the management methods, improve the quality of work, and adapt to new and objective needs.
